Our FTP server is a fast, easy, and cheap way to send and receive files. Instead of e-mailing large files which sometimes doesn't work, or physically mailing/dropping off files, you can upload those files directly to our FTP server.
In order to use our FTP server, please follow the instructions provided below:
PC Instructions :
- For users with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 or later, got to 'My Computer' and within the address bar type ftp://www.premierontheweb.com . Then go to file within the toolbar and select 'login as'. Enter the following as the username and password.
- Username: u44955830-public
- Password: public1
- For users with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6, you can click this link and then enter the username and password provided above.
- For users with Mozilla Firefox, first install the FireFTP addon. Then create a new profile, with the username and password being those provided above. Press connect, and you will be connected to our server.
Mac OS Instructions :
- If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, you must first download and install FETCH. Once installed, use Internet Explorer and go to this link. The user name password are provided below.
- Username: u44955830-public
- Password: public1
- If you prefer to not use Internet explorer, or download a copy of FETCH go to your finder, press 'go', and then click on 'connect to server'. Within the address bar type the following: ftp//:www.premierontheweb.com . You will be asked to provide a username and password, which are provided above.
FTP usage instructions :
After
having accessed our FTP server, simply copy and paste your files within the provided space as you would a file on your computer normally. We request that you copy a folder containing your files to our FTP space with your company (if you are a company) or your your last name (if you are an individual customer) as it's label. This helps us identify your files quicker.
